Prostitution and Lewd Acts

Both are considered sex crimes.

Prostitution is a crime involving an exchange of money or goods for sex.

Chapter 272 § 53A: Prostitution

A lewd act is sexual behavior or sex acts for one’s own sexual gratification often offending others.  Urinating in public can qualify as a lewd act.
