LARCENY OVER $250.00, FORGERY OF A CHECK OVER $1000.00, UTTERING A FALSE CHECK. -DISMISSED

Client was charged with presenting a forged check for over $1000.00 to a local bank. Client is caught on the bank’s video surveillance system and his unique tattoos are clearly visible. The high definition video is reduced to still photographs for trial. The photographs appear to match his booking photos from other criminal cases. After months of contentious evidentiary arguments and motion practice the case against client is dismissed over the objection of the Commonwealth.
