Client, who had an extensive record, including numerous violent offenses as well as failure to appear for court both in and outside Massachusetts, sat in jail for 90 days. Client’s bail had been revoked on an old, open case for “catching” a new case, against the judge’s previous orders. Client, who’s struggled with drug dependency for years hopes to turn over a new leaf and stay clean.
