Client called Attorney Martin after being struck by a motor vehicle on the way to work. Client, a daily commuter and hospital employee, was taken by ambulance to the ER. She sustained minor scrapes and bruises. She contacted my office to make sure the damage done to her body and bicycle would be covered by the driver’s insurance company. After only a follow up visit to her doctor, we were able to negotiate a reasonable settlement with the insurance company for more than $4000.00. Client was pleased the outcome and has since made a full recovery. She still enjoys daily cycling.
