Waltham District Court

Officers arrived at the scene of a two car collision and found client without a valid driver’s license.  Client, a young driver from China, had failed the driver’s license test three times.  She was on the way to work, operating her vehicle with merely a learner’s permit and no passenger, when she was rear-ended by a pickup.  Although she was not technically at fault for the accident, she was charged with Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle and  given a court date.  Facing ten days in jail and a hefty fine, client contacted Attorney Martin who met with officer prosecutors prior to the court hearing and negotiated full dismissal.

Client has since passed her driver’s license test.
