Client, a 27 year old man spent the night in jail after being apprehended by police on the Arborway, in Jamaica Plain. The driver drew the Police’s attention when they noticed he was wearing headphones while operating his vehicle, an offense in Massachusetts. After making the initial stop, police ran his license and were alerted to a lack of insurance as well as a suspended license. The driver, facing an additional loss of license and jail time contacted Attorney Martin. After negotiating with prosecutors, Attorney Martin persuaded the judge to dismiss all charges.
