Client was charged with drunk driving by the Tewksbury Police Department after two officers observed what they believed to be signs of impairment.
After a two day trial in the Lowell District Court, client was found not guilty of Operating Under the Influence, a crime that carries a mandatory minimum sentence of 180 days in jail. Although the jury found him guilty of negligent operation client was extremely relieved to put the case behind him and resume his life, free from the confines of jail.
