Client, an experienced rider was struck head on by a distracted driver who simply failed to see him when entering an intersection. The other driver was uninjured but client suffered severe injuries and permanent scarring when he was ejected from his motorcycle. As he flew over the bars his chest and stomach made contact with the jagged handlebars and controls, tearing his flesh. Attorney secured a confidential settlement for client who has since recovered and has resumed riding motorcycles.
